2012 Walsingham Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

An exciting pilgrimage opportunity has come to our attention. The Right Reverend Lindsay Urwin, OGS, Administrator of the Anglican Shrine of our Lady of Walsingham, will be leading a group to the Holy Land from Monday 26 November to Tuesday 4 December 2012. Locations visited will include Jerusalem, Nazareth, Capernaum, Bethlehem, and Qumran, with an optional extension visit [through Friday 7 December] to Saint Catherine’s Monastery at Mount Sinai.

The pilgrimage is being organized by UK-based Lightline Pilgrimages. While the majority of pilgrims will be flying round-trip from London to Tel Aviv, the Shrine Office at Walsingham informs us that North American pilgrims are welcome and a discount on the total cost of the pilgrimage would be available to those making their own way to Tel Aviv and joining the pilgrimage there.
